In November 1973, Stones announced the first Japan Concert in Budokan, and Warner Japan made an additional "来日記念盤=Japan Tour Commemoration Obi" copy.

But Immigration denied a visa for Mick Jagger because of previous arrests and convictions, so the concert was eventually canceled in January 1974.

There were very few of these Japan visit commemoration obi versions in Japan because it was removed immediately and sold without it. Source Discogs
