In Spain During The 1970s And With The Rise To The Power Of The Spanish Political General Francisco Franco, This 1971 Lp Suffered Censorship Both Cover-wise And Musically, The Original Cover Created by Andy Warhol with The Working Zipper Was Replaced With A Completely Different Cover With A Photo Of An Open Molasses Box With Sticky Fingers Coming Out Of It,  To Reference The Original Title "Sticky Fingers.
In addition To Completely Changing The Cover, They Have Dropped A Track Titled "Sister Morphine" From The List And Replaced It With A Chuk Berry Track "Let It Rock" Performed Live During The Last Farewell Tour Of England At The University Of The City Of Leeds The 4 Mars 1971, Before Starting This Song There Are 30 Seconds Of Silence.
Only In 1979 In Spain Is Published The Cover  Of Andy Warhol  But Without The Original Zipper And The Song, "Sister Morphine" Censored In The Period Of Francisco Franco.
